Kratzer - Alles liegt in Scherben
This album is my first exposure to Germany's Kratzer, but I really like what I'm hearing. It's some pretty straight-ahead, d-beat hardcore, with appropriately raw sounding guitars and vocals. Kratzer are quite good, however, at dropping just enough melody in at the right times to keep the songs really interesting. In that regard, they sort of remind me of something landing between Geist, Ancst, and Direwolves. If those bands are up your alley, this almost certainly will be, as well. I put this on this morning and listened straight through the whole record twice, so I'm pretty happy to give it a strong recommend. Alles liegt in Scherben by kratzer
